Cabo Frio - How to get here

Cabo Frío is placed in the Baixada Litorânea of the State do Rio of Janeiro and it is possible to accede for Routes BR 101, RJ 124 and RJ 102 ou RJ 140. The BR 101 joins Rio of Janeiro with the city of Rio Bonito. In Rio Bonito takes Via Lagos (RJ 124) that joins Rio Bonito with São Pedro gives Aldeia and from this one one accedes to Cabo Frío for the RJ 140.
Another alternative is the route RJ 106 (Rod. Amaral Peixoto) that joins Niterói with Macaé passing for the municipalities of Maricá, Saquarema, Araruama, Iguaba and São Pedro. It is a more ancient route though preserved well.
Cabo Frío possesses a small airport to where flights come in season charter's from diverse companies.
